At Teramasu, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully selected to be worn, loved, and collected over time. We want you to feel confident and inspired by your purchase.

Because many of our designs are one of a kind or handcrafted in limited quantities, we offer store credit or exchange to help you find the piece that feels just right.

If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to assist you personally.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 10 days of purchase or delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Before sending your return, please contact us to receive a return authorization.
As a small, hands-on studio that travels throughout the year, this allows us to properly receive and care for your piece.

Once received and approved, you will be issued a Teramasu store credit. It does not expire and may be used at any time.

 Custom & Special Orders

Custom-designed pieces and special orders are created just for you.
For this reason, all custom and personalized designs are final sale.

 Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Teramasu is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

To ensure proper handling, returns must be authorized prior to shipment.
