Returns (Online Retail Only)

We want you to be happy with your online purchase from Teramasu.com.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can not  offer you a refund or exchange.

  If there are any damages or defects with your items when you receive them, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If you fail to contact us within 24 hours, we may not be able to provide a replacement. Please note that we can only replace damaged items with the same size and color.

Please contact us with your return request and include your email and order number to receive a return authorization.  Returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Teramasu.com to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

If you request a refund, a confirmation of the refund will be emailed to you. We issue refunds upon receiving and inspecting your return, but it may take your financial institution 2-5 days to post the funds to your account.

All Returns must be sent **US Postal Only** (United States Post Office) and the tracking number provided and emailed to sales@teramasu.com .

We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
