This Return Policy Only Applies To Teramasu Special Offers. (For all other returns see our standard returns policy)

We want you to be happy with your online purchase from Teramasu.com.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a Full Refund within 30 days of the Delivery Date.   For special offers all items included in the offer including bonuses must be returned in the original packaging. Items must be in new unused condition.  

  If there are any damages or defects with your items when you receive them, please contact us within 3 Days of receipt.. 

Please contact us with your return request and include your email and order number to receive a return authorization.  Returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Teramasu.com to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
